This is an amazing, short, sad story about 2 people finding in love. Showing the flower grow and grow with each time passing by, further strengthening their love. But one day seeing the phone and the flower leaf fallen since then just shows something from that phone happened that started to go downhill. How I interpreted was him finding out she cheated and trying to stay together but ended up inevitably failing.
